End User License Agreement

Working draft. The first-run CLI acceptance flow presents the approved text. The short-form notice in LICENSE governs until replaced.

1. Grant

Subject to these terms, Tetris Codes grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and run the Tetris software (“Software”) on devices permitted by your license plan.

2. Restrictions

You may not:

• copy or redistribute the Software,
• modify, adapt, or create derivative works,
• reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software except where expressly permitted by applicable law,
• remove proprietary notices,
• use the Software to develop a competing product.

3. Ownership

Tetris Codes retains all right, title, and interest in the Software. No IP rights are transferred.

4. Plans & fees

Free, Pro, and Enterprise plans are governed by the pricing page in effect at purchase. Free-tier caps may be adjusted prospectively.

5. Telemetry

The Software transmits install pings, session heartbeats, and compression outcomes. Prompt/response content is never transmitted. Session/idle telemetry can be disabled locally; install pings are anonymous and cannot be disabled. See privacy.

6. Warranty disclaimer

SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND.

7. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TETRIS CODES' TOTAL LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO FEES PAID IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

8. Termination

License terminates automatically on breach. Upon termination, cease use and delete installed copies.

9. Governing law

Governed by the laws of the jurisdiction designated at final legal review.
